A friend asked me the other day if I was going to dress up for Halloween. I said,
“I dressed as a woman for 48 years. I’m all done wearing costumes.”
But that’s me. What about you?
Whatever your plans are for Halloween, I hope that you have a safe, fun and happy time.
I am me for Halloween as well. There is no party to go to or anything, so that deals with the need of a costume, lol. If I had plans I think I might be a pirate. I don’t know.
Ah, a pirate. In my book, that ranks near the top.
Thanks for commenting 🙂
Happy Employee.
Good costume!!! hah….
ATM,
I’ve spent the last several days reading this blog in its entirety. I’m new to this trans thing, and a big science geek (though not a cientist myself). I’ve found your posts insightful, entertaining, and educational by turns. Coming late to my trans-realization, I’ve found your insights very thought provoking as well as reassuring. I’d love to see a post about thyroid issues, eventually.
For Halloween, I just sat around passing out candy. One of my hobbies is middle ages re-creation; the next “costume” I don will hopefully be men’s garb for my revised Viking persona. I’ll be passing the brooches and bead necklaces of my old garb off to my daughter, who will like them more than I ever did…
Off now to read your other blog!
Thank you Ravin. I appreciate your nice comments and your interest in this blog.
Out of curiosity, how did you find this blog? I’ve had a lot of traffic lately and can’t figure out where it’s coming from.
Congratulations to coming out to yourself, and heck, to even being a science geek! Why not?!
The new “costume” sounds interesting. I hope you have fun with it.
